My professional focus is in applying my communications, design, and research skills and experience to collaboratively develop innovative solutions to pressing challenges. I am passionate about engaging with those most closely affected by a challenge or issue to learn from them, and then translating these learnings into insights that act as the foundation for creating a new, or improving an existing, product, service, or intervention.
