Jubliant Foodworks*

Overview

Domino’s Pizza was one of the first western quick service restaurants (QSRs) to open in India, making the brand iconic and imbuing it with a sense of nostalgia for generations of Indian customers. They sought support in updating and improving the user experience of their customers across its primary order interfaces: in-store, telephone, and digital (i.e., website and app).

Role

Kevin was the digital team’s co-lead, conducting in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and workshops in order to understand user needs and preferences both specifically for Domino’s properties as well as generally across all digital channels. Kevin utilized these user insights and converted them into design principles that informed the development of wireframes and prototypes that he then tested with users.
