Overview
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) sought support for developing an immersive workshop experience focused on facilitating both knowledge-sharing and team-building for members of its nutrition team based in countries throughout Africa as they marked the halfway point of a challenging 3-year project dedicated to addressing severe acute malnutrition in young children.
Role
The IRC engaged noodle & Quicksand to develop a multi-day facilitated workshop experience in Dakar, Senegal designed to facilitate conversations and engagement between team members. Activities throughout the workshop were rooted in human-centered design principles in order to ensure empathy and collaboration amongst the participants.
