CIFF & USAID: Injectable Contraceptives*
Overview
The Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) and U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) were interested in potentially introducing contraceptive injectable products with varying durations but wanted to assess the desirability of such products among end-users.
Role
Anna led a two-country market research study using human-centered design (HCD) to explore user preferences and communication needs for the potential introduction of new injectable products in Uganda and Nigeria. Due to the pandemic, fieldwork was conducted by local researchers with Anna’s oversight and direction.
